Forty Niner Marketing is owned and operated by Mike Ellis. Mike has been involved with the consumer electronics industry for thirty years and has been covering Alaska for over twenty years. For seven years, Mike owned a consumer electronics distributorship with branches in Anchorage, Seattle and Spokane. He sold for a broad spectrum of manufacturers and product categories.

Forty-Niner Marketing was established in 1991 in order to maintain a consistently high level of service and sales call activity in the Alaska market. Due to the high cost of covering the state, most manufacturer's representatives were unable to give the territory the attention their lines needed in Alaska. By combining the lines from several rep firms under one umbrella, Mike Ellis has created an efficient vehicle to effectively cover Alaska.
